Optichem (2000) Limited operates a fertilizer manufacturing plant at its Head Office in Chichiri, Blantyre, and has throughout its proud history, since inception in 1969, enjoyed a reputation for producing and supplying high quality fertilizers to international standards for both smallholder and commercial farmers.
The company continues to be a success story, currently has nationwide modern warehousing facilities and from these distribution centers supplies fertilizer for all crops grown in Malawi such as Maize, Tobacco, Macadamia, Rice, Coffee, Tea, Groundnuts and many more.
We also produce tailor-made fertilizers for specific crops according to our customer’s needs. Quality is at the centre of our business and we strive to give second-to-non customer service to our ever growing customer base.
